Fitting Pointe Shoes for Feet with Bunions!
I'm having trouble finding pointe shoes that fit me well. My feet are particularly narrow but I have large bunions on both feet. This forces me to choose pointe shoes with greater widths. However, this makes my shoes look to large or baggy around the arch of my foot.
Do you know of any specific pointe shoes that may look better on my feet?

Wow, ya. I bet that makes shoe fitting challenging.
If the difference between the width in the ball of the foot and the rest of the foot is as great as it sounds you might want to try ordering custom shoes.
The box of the shoe is the hardest piece to adjust (many makers can't do it without you there in person) so, first find a shoe with a box you love. It should fit the ball of your foot really well and taper towards the platform.
I can't know exactly what you need without seeing your foot of course, but from your definition I'd start by looking at a shoe like Grishko's "Maya" or "Fouette", Bloch "Axis", or Prima Soft "Prima Russe".
I like these because they have a tapered box. I'd steer away from most Capezio, Russian Pointe, Freed, because they tend to be more boxy.
When you have a box model that works it is really easy for the shoe maker to adjust how much fabric is used through the arch and heel of the shoe.
Da-dum! Perfect shoe for you.
Most custom orders are taken through a local dance shoe store. The representative in your area should be able to help you measure how much material to take off and where.
If you don't have a store nearby, you can order directly from the pointe shoe's headquarters, usually in NYC. You will want to call the main store and have them help you order.
Hope this helps! Write back and let us know what works for you!
