Capezio Full Body FootUndeez

There is nothing hugely wrong with Capezio Full Body FootUndeez except that I think they are unnecessary.

The biggest reason for a modern dance shoe is to protect the pad of the foot in turns. So, unless you turn often on your heel, it is a little over kill for me.

The only situation I can understand is if you have extremely dry heels that tend to crack. In that case, get some heavy lotion and maybe consider these shoes.

For everyone else, I don't think full foot coverage is necessary.
